I'm certified by the world-renowned Mayo Clinic as a Wellness Coach. I enjoy helping people become their best selves and maintain lasting change over time. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer and I love staying active by lifting weights, walking, kayaking and kickboxing.

If you ever needed a great reminder why it's so important to stay healthy, this is it! Meet my nephew, Joshua, born this morning at 4:45 a.m. 8 pounds, 9 ounces and 22 inches - and very loved by his auntie!
